SHIPPING, DELIVERY, REFUND and RETURNS Policy

Orders arrive within 6 to 20 days in most cases, depending on the destination and circumstances.

We have delivered several thousand products, prints and hand-painted art to happy buyers in the last years to many countries and in all continents.

You get your money back if:

- the delivered product is not as described, other size or color than ordered

- the delivered product is a fake and was described as original

- the product is returned within ten days of delivery with tracking number and returned in original condition

We are not responsible:

- for damages to the packaging or product caused by the mail delivery service

- if the product is sent back by the mail delivery service for reasons outside our control, like absence, no access to property, you did not pick-up at pick-up point, you did not act on customs requests.

We are proud to offer free international shipping worldwide for everything! We cover the shipping cost - wherever you are!

Made on demand products will be produced and shipped by one of our print and production partners. 

What about customs?


Like other online retailers, we cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, import taxes or local handling fees once the items have been shipped. Customs conditions vary by country and there are also frequent changes. 

The vast majority of goods will arrive without any such issues.


Do you provide tracking information?


Yes, we will use tracking information if is available for your order. You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

REFUND and RETURNS Policy

You get a refund when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised - we have a pro-forma 50 days guaranteed delivery, while most products arrive significantly earlier.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine, but was fake 

Refunds are also possible if the wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence may be requested [foto]).

You need to contact your mail delivery service if:
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition
- The order went missing

- The delivery is late

We cannot accept return on products made on demand or especially produced for you. Products are identified as such in the product description.

Refunds cannot be made if:


- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, away from home for extended period, you did not fulfill customs requests, it was sent back by your post office as undeliverable)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.
